Thanks to their sturdiness and large cutting diameter, MTB granulators have a high cutting capacity and are space-efficient. Our highly versatile BATs are capable of granulating many types of product, previously shredded in our BDR type shredders, up to a size of 3mm. This crucial stage in the process delivers homogenous granulometry to optimise separation and sorting operations.
This generation of granulators also promises quick and easy maintenance.
MTB reinforced granulators offer remarkable cutting power. Equipped with a flywheel and a friction disc, the granulators in this range are extremely resistant to ungrindable and problematic products.
